Toolkit is of course a reliable method. But you need to be cautious when using it. Because I don’t think you can change the data later on once the import of general ledger QuickBooks is done.

Being an accountant, I need to import the general ledger in QuickBooks on a number of days. I will always suggest to anyone that an Excel file can make the task very easy. You simply need to store the data in this file right from the start. When you import it in QuickBooks, you will have a copy in the software also and in your system too.
